Fatally injured when his motorcycle was in collision with a car at Twickenham,
whilst travelling to report for night duty at Chiswick.
Scott, who originated from Bradford, had two years police service and
was based at Chiswick Police Station as a patrol and response team officer.
He was a single man and is survived by his parents and two younger sisters.
